1) Desarrollo del concurso: Escribir un ensayo sobre Víctor Jara. El texto no puede tener más de dos páginas tamaño carta con “arial” 12. Este ensayo no tiene que ser la biografía de Víctor Jara, sino escribir sobre su vida, sus canciones, etc.
2) Quienes pueden participar: Pueden participar todos los estudiantes de los establecimientos básicos de la ciudad de Antofagasta.
3) Jurado: El jurado, cuyos fallos serán inapelables, estará compuesto por las siguientes personas :
a) Esperanza Díaz, escritora
b) Camilo Arce, estudiante de Periodismo
c) Víctor Sánchez, estudiante de Derecho
d) Domingo Olivares, estudiante de Periodismo
e) Melanie Ramírez, estudiante de Pedagogía
4) Plazo para participar: El concurso se inicia el 5 de Julio y finaliza el 31 de Agosto. Los trabajos deben entregarse en un sobre cerrado hasta el 31 de de Agosto de 10 a.m. hasta las 19 hrs., en calle Washington #2531, oficina 4-b. También pueden ser entregados vía e-mail escribiendo a :
